First step: make a scheme of the day (activities, eating, drinks)
Well, because it's now 10 to 1 in the night, i will start tomorrow. Actually that's today, but hé nevermind.
Scheme for Thursday 25 August,
11.00 Running 20 minutes to the sea
12.00 Shower, dressing, make up
12.30 Packing stuff for my own crib (also the laptop!)
13.00 Walking to the supermarket (buying gum and optimelbottle) and visiting my mom in the shop
14.30 Going with the train to my own crib
18.00 Pilates
19.00 Shower, make it cosy with candles and stuff, watching tv
22.00 Sleeping
Friday 26 August,
9.45 Dressing, make up, packing my stuff and cleaning a little
10.20 walking to school
10.30 meeting in the canteen
12.00 Buy an salad in the AHtoGO
15.29 At my parents house, walking to home and having coffee at moms shop
16.30 Walking home and preparing for work

Goodevening,
Let me first introduce myself. I am Shirley, 20 years old, blonde, blue eyes, food obsessed. My relation to food is very strange. Sometimes I really do not eat anything and my weight is going down in a hugh tempo, sometimes I like everything and eat anything I can find. In the meantime I am typing this, I am thinking, this is a kind of anorexic with some binge eating. It really is driving me crazy sometimes. After a binge eating moment, i am so sad, i really want to lay down in my bed, crying or do nothing. And the weirdest thing is, if I am not eating for a day and I feel slim, i am very happy and can join the whole world... so what is in between? how do I manage this strange eating.
Well, I am going to sport, that's the first step. Second step is, regular eating, regular sleeping and do regular things to become myself again.
With this blog, i will write my feelings down to get a better image of the whole situation.
