Fruits are well known for their benefit, not just for inside your body, but fruits are also good for skin as well. Here are some fruits which are good for your skin:

Ripe papaya fruit

It's a great bleaching fruit and often used for whitening product. It also good to prevent dermis wrinkles.

Banana

It contains a lot of minerals and vitamins which are good for to help fighting the aging skin. If needed you can also make a mask (just mash it and add honey).

Pineapple

One of the best source for vitamin c. If you want to remove age spots, you should try to use pineapple as mask.

Apricots

Got dry skin??, well you should try Apricots. This fruit is also good to get rid of wrinkles.

Avocado

Its meat contains a lot of antioxidants which good to reduce  free radicals. It also good to to get rid of age spot because it contains with enzymes.

It's very annoying when losing ability to remember because of age factor. But you don't have to worry, there are several ways you can try to sharpen your memories, here are some of them, enjoy:

* Increase your brain's memory capacity by getting enough sleep. It's believed if your brain will be very efficient when you are sleeping.

*  A fit body can mean a sharp mind, just like national Institutes of Health show you. So you need to do exercise regularly. Staying fit is also great to prevent memory loss and and basic forgetfulness.

* Stay sharp by doing mental exercises. Some good examples are jigsaw and Sudoku puzzle where numeral skills are required, are great to sharpen your mind. Reading is also great to keep mind active.

* Food like fish (which contains Omega-3 acids) can strengthen the brain's memory.

* Keep your mind organized by controlling your environment, thus it will make your mind relax.

* Playing first person shooting (FPS) games. Such activities improve your reflects and your mind at the same time.
