Chester Law Group - David Chester

The Ohio Revised Code for wrongful death claims is very complicated and one of the initial steps is determining the family members who are potential beneficiaries. This video helps give some clarity to who gets the money from an Ohio wrongful claim.

Ohio personal injury attorney David Chester has just added another educational video to the Chester Law Group video website. The new video is entitled ?Who Gets the Money from an Ohio Wrongful Death Claim? and discusses specifically who can claim damages in an Ohio wrongful death case.

Attorney Chester reviews Ohio law RC 2125.02 and the definition of a beneficiary. David makes a point to highlight that each specific Ohio claim is different in identifying entitlement to become a beneficiary.

Attorney Chester also discusses the Ohio law and how it deals with parents who have abandoned a deceased child and can these parents collect damages for the wrongful death of the child. The author also discusses that a decedent's unborn child is a beneficiary of the estate if the child is born alive.

This new video "Who Gets the Money? is one of many videos on the Chester Law Group website addressing personal injury claims. This video has also been added to the Chester Law Group's Youtube channel "ohiowrongfuldeath".

In an interview Attorney David Chester was quoted as saying ?The Ohio Revised Code for wrongful death claims is very complicated and one of the initial steps is determining the family members who are potential beneficiaries. This video helps give some clarity to the question who gets the money from a wrongful death claim.?

Try Get The Best Deal On A New Car With This Advice

Posted at 13:43 on 25/5/2013

Going to a car dealership is an experience that is both exciting but also intimidating. Research will help you end up happy after your purchase. Keep reading in order to gain a little insight that will help you make the right decision.
Never succumb to the salesperson's tactics by agreeing to purchase a vehicle priced beyond your budget. Sports cars look nice and you can be sweet talked into such a purchase. Remember that the salesperson's goal is to earn a good commission, so he or she benefits when you are convinced to purchase a pricier vehicle.
Search the Internet for great deals. Using an Internet search can save you thousands. Once you know which vehicle you like, you can drive over to the dealership to purchase, or arrange for your local dealer to obtain it for you. Find the closest reliable dealership to save money on gas.
When negotiating, you shouldn't be focusing on the monthly price. Instead, consider the total overall price. Sometimes the monthly rate can be deceiving in the long run. Instead, think about getting the best price you can on the full price, as well as the financing. Then you can work on how much it will cost monthly.
Always negotiate the price of a vehicle. The sticker price isn't set in stone. If you aren't comfortable negotiating, bring someone who is. It is smart to know what an appropriate price for the specific car is in advance so that you can decide how much you want to pay.
If you are in the position to buy a new car, you should think about the vehicle's gas mileage, as that will affect your overall budget. You may be yearning for a big V-8 you can use to tow things. You should keep in mind that you may not need the towing feature that frequently, and you may not need a vehicle that makes that much power.
You should not expect to necessarily walk away from a dealership with a vehicle. The vehicle you are interested in may be available from a smaller lot, or from a private seller. So before heading out to a lot, go pick up some classifieds, read up on Craigslist, and check other venues to see if you can find a good deal.
Many salesmen have monthly quotas. This system works to your advantage at the end of the month. Salespeople who have not yet made their quota will be more willing to negotiate in order to seal the deal. This will give you more flexibility when it comes to negotiating a price.
Rental cars are an excellent source of information to test a vehicle. To really get to know a car, you can rent one locally and put it through its paces. Take a trip with your loved ones, and spend some time operating the vehicle. You can decide if you like the car on the highway and when driving long distances.
When shopping for cars, it can be fun and stressful at the same time. By learning about purchasing a vehicle, you can be more comfortable with the process which in turn will make it more enjoyable. Remember what you have learned, and you can be well prepared to make the right choice.

I know that when someone has lost a loved one they are left with many questions and may not recognize that they have a wrongful death claim. This video on the common causes of wrongful death claims may help them answer that question.

David M. Chester, an Ohio wrongful death attorney, has just published a new video entitled ?The Types of Ohio Wrongful Death Claims?. This new video has been uploaded to Chester Law Group?s video website and has also been uploaded to their Wrongful Death YouTube channel.

In this wrongful death claim video Attorney Chester starts out by reviewing that a wrongful death claim is an injury claim brought by a family member on behalf of the family for the emotional pain and suffering incurred with the loss of a family member due to the careless or reckless behavior of a third party.

He goes on to explain that wrongful death claims in many ways are like traditional personal injury claims and many of the same standards apply.

In the video Attorney David Chester presents a list of the common causes of wrongful death claims and he points out that wrongful death can also be brought because of reckless or intentional conduct such as rape or murder.

In a recent interview Attorney Chester was quoted as saying ?I know that when someone has lost a loved one they are left with many questions and may not recognize that they have a wrongful death claim. This video on the common causes of wrongful death claims may help them answer that question.?

Ohio Wrongful Death Lawyer Releases A New Video Entitled ?What Is A Wrongful Death Claim In Ohio??

Posted at 11:29 on 17/5/2013
David M. Chester

David M. Chester

The legal terms wrongful death claim and survivor claim can be confusing to the average person. I hope my video on wrongful death at least helps Ohioans become familiar with these terms.

Ohio wrongful death lawyer David M. Chester has just produced a new educational video describing what wrongful death claims are. In this video attorney Chester gives a detailed definition of what a wrongful death claim is and also explains who would be bringing this claim.

In the video David states that the claim is usually brought by a family member on behalf of the family for emotional pain and suffering the family has incurred because of the death of their loved one.

The video also covers the definitions of the terms executor, personal representative, and beneficiaries as they pertain to a wrongful death claim.

This informative video has been published on the Chester Law website and uploaded to Chester Law Group?s YouTube video channel with the video title being Ohio Wrongful Death Lawyer What Is An Ohio Wrongful Death Claim.

In this video Attorney Chester points out that a wrongful death claim should not be confused with a survivor claim. He goes into great detail about the differences in a wrongful death claim versus a survival claim. David talks about the important differences between the two and how each are handled.

In a recent interview Attorney Chester was quoted as saying, ?The legal terms wrongful death claim and survivor claim can be confusing to the average person. I hope my video on wrongful death at least helps Ohioans become familiar with these terms.?

Attorney Chester has also published a free book on wrongful death entitled "Losing Someone You Love". This book is an Ohio family's guide to wrongful death and is available for immediately download from the Chester Law website.

Success In Social Media Marketing For Your Business

Posted at 17:11 on 11/5/2013

Social media is the perfect way to make connections with people all over the world. Did you know that these websites are also great for marketing your company? Continue reading to find tips to help make your social media marketing campaigns profitable.
In order to achieve the best possible results, create links to tie everything together. Insert links onto your blog so that readers have the option of following you through Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube. Just using your Twitter profile alone, you can link to multiple sites. If you link each type of social media you use, your customer audience will grow exponentially.
Use incentives to encourage people to follow you through social media. Off them something that they cannot get from any other business. Try doing a contest on your social media page. Or you can add in a special discount for followers for a limited time. You can share exclusive information to your accounts on social media sites.
Don't push products, so that you can get more followers through social media marketing. It can be helpful to post links and stories from other providers who work in your industry, to help entice people to follow you. Perform activities that will generate interest with the audience, such as a few questions or a contest that spans over several weeks. Find ways to get your followers engaged and involved. Instead of focusing on strategic product placement, emphasize the use of your products to interact with others. Make it a goal to identify with your customer's lifestyle, so that they will identify your product in a like manner, rather than viewing it as yet another thing to spend money on.
Reach out for help from professionals when it comes to establishing your social media presence. This market is large and many designers and consultants can create a website and social media strategy that works for you. You should know that this option is expensive, so you need to be prepared.
Facebook enables your readers to easily share your content with others. Facebook will share the comment of someone else on another friends page. In order to generate greater exposure, facilitate reader interaction with you as well as with each other.
If you have a blog that you update regularly, you can actually set it up so that your posts are automatically tweeted on Twitter. You can also borrow on the popularity of other Twitter accounts by re-tweeting and commenting on their content regularly. Your Twitter followers will appreciate the quality content, and the bloggers will welcome the exposure.
Add a tag when source posting on Twitter. Tags are what you see after the # symbol. These let you make sure that your updates show up in your group subscriber feeds. If you pick tags the right way you should be able to target some people.
If you use the information from above, your business will thrive on social media sites. So many sites are just waiting for you to tap into them as a great business source, as well as the fun they already offer. By using social media, you can expand your business to places you never thought about.

Ohio Brain Injury Lawyer Publishes Article Series On Pain Management For Accident Victims

Posted at 11:04 on 11/5/2013
David M. Chester

David M. Chester

Having been in a serious accident myself and dealing with chronic pain I understand what others may be going through. I have added these informative articles on pain management to our website as a possible help to fellow Ohioans experiencing chronic pain.

Many times serious car, truck, or motorcycle accidents result in victims experiencing some type of severe pain and this pain can possibly even last a lifetime. Pain specialists understand how the nervous system, including spinal cord, interacts with the brain.

Recent advancements in sophisticated pain therapies are available from drugs, electrical stimulation, and mind altering therapies to provide chronic pain relief. Chester Law Group, Ohio brain injury law firm, has published a series of articles covering many of the techniques currently being used for pain management so that Ohioans, who have chronic pain resulting from an accident, might benefit from this informational material.

These articles, which were authored by Susan Ardizzoni Ph.D., cover the following topics:

New Advances in Pain Treatment Bring Hope for Accident Victims which reviews oral drugs and injections, electrical stimulation, implant devices, and the newest noninvasive surgical procedures.

Acupuncture for Pain Relief which has been used since the sixteenth century and uses disposable stainless steel needles which stimulate areas of the body to overcome pain.

Central Pain Syndrome, which is known as thalamic pain syndrome, is a neurological disorder in which the body becomes hypersensitive to pain as a result of damage to the thalamus.

Myths and Facts about Treating Chronic Pain where in this article the author reviews eight of the most popular myths about chronic pain and the treatment of chronic pain.

TENS for Spinal Pain Management which is transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and is a treatment that involves the use of electrical currents to stimulate muscle and/or nerves for pain management.

How to Train Your Brain to Control Pain in which the author, Susan Ardizzoni, reviews an alternative pain relief method known as ?neurofeedback?.

These articles are published on the Chester Law Group website where the author discusses additional subjects on chronic pain management.

In a recent interview David Chester, founder of Chester Law Group, was quoted as saying "Having been in a serious accident myself and subsequently dealing with chronic pain I understand what others may be going through. I have added these informative articles on pain management to our website as a possible help to fellow Ohioans who may be experiencing chronic pain."

Great Advice For Making Your Travel Plans Enjoyable

Posted at 05:34 on 4/5/2013

If you want to explore new cultures, travel is a fun way to experience the world. For many people, traveling is out of reach because of finances or time constraints. Here are some helpful tips for making the most of your precious vacation time to travel and keeping it affordable.
Prepare ahead of time if you'll be traveling by airplane. The trip to the airport requires that you give ample time to deal with traffic, rush hour conditions and other unexpected delays. Pack up all your suitcases the night before you travel. Before your travel day, make sure all of your preparations are taken care of. By being prepared, you will reduce the risk of missing your flight.
When traveling in strange cities, be alert for criminals posing as police officers or other government officials. Never hand over your original passport, as you might not get it back. If someone demands that you go to an office, walk. Do not get into a vehicle with someone that you do not know.
Do not hope that an airline will make you as comfortable as necessary on a flight. Because of cutbacks, many airlines do not provide pillows, blankets or headphones, so bring your own if you will use them. Also think about bringing snacks in order to guarantee yourself that you'll have something you like to eat.
If you travel to an amusement park or other specific attraction, find out if online tickets are available, and print them beforehand. Sometimes there is a ticket fee, but already having your ticket means you don't have to stand in long lines, so the fee is totally worth it. Timed entry is another option that can allow you to bypass long lines to pay for admission.
Make sure that you have clothespins with you on your next vacation. They can be a useful item when you go on a trip, even though they are not something someone thinks to bring with them.
Try exercising prior to flying. Long flights can be tedious. Not to mention the effects sitting for long time can have on your body. By having a speedy workout, or even stretching before your flight, you are reducing your chances of getting these cramps.
Many stores charge too much for these types of products. Try folding your clothes in innovative ways that will take up less space. Doing this can give you a surprising amount of space in your suitcase.
Make sure your passport hasn't expired. Most countries have explicit rules regarding your passport. Even if it is still valid, if it expires soon, you may have problems. Normally, this range is between three and six months, but it can even be eight months to a year.
As soon as you can, find out if you need a visa for entry to the country that you plan to visit. Make sure to get your applications in early, since paperwork can take awhile to process. Unless you have the correct visa, you may not be able to enter certain countries.
Regardless of where you are planning to go, follow these tips for a great vacation. Traveling could truly enrich your life. Do not hesitate any longer and get tickets to your dream destination.

Is Travling A Hassle For You? Follow These Tips.

Posted at 02:49 on 2/5/2013

Traveling is more than simply getting on a train or a bus and arriving in a new place. You may be excited, but remember it is important to do a little organizing first. There are a ton of travel options and a wide variety of adventures to take. Are you ready to tackle the logistics of planning your trip? Here are some suggestions that will help you on your way, no matter what you do.
Provide yourself with what you need to be comfortable on a flight rather than counting on the services of your airline. Travel with your own blanket, pillow and entertainment if you believe that you may need them. You should also bring enough snacks to get you to your destination and not have to rely on airport food.
If you travel to an amusement park or other specific attraction, find out if online tickets are available, and print them beforehand. Sometimes you can get a good deal, or even if you don't, the small fee you pay is worth it, as you will get to skip the long admission lines. If the park you are visiting has a timed entry, you can skip admission lines too.
Clothespins can be very helpful when travelling. Clothespins are not a typical travel item for many people, but should be reconsidered given their usefulness and versatility.
It's important to tip the housekeeper and bell station well. You should give about a dollar per bag and 2 to 5 dollars per day of housekeeping. If you treat the staff well, then they will treat you well.
Wear simple slip-on shoes for flying. You will have to remove them for security checks. The number one concern is comfort. When you are in the airport or on the airplane, you will sit more than you will walk, so having good arch supports is not the most important thing. Ideally, you want to be wearing sandals or even flip-flops.
Stores tend to overcharge for these items, and the space saved is minimal, so save the money. Instead, try different, space efficient folding techniques for packing clothes. These techniques will help you create additional space in your bag.
Sign up with major airlines to receive newsletters and promotions in your inbox. The airlines use these newsletters to give you opportunities for deals that are not available elsewhere. The savings you get from these newsletters make the extra email worth it.
If you are a frequent National Parks visitor, it might be worth purchasing an annual pass. For fifty dollars, you can visit all the parks all year long.
Try to avoid exchanging currency when you are in a new country. A better option exists to get your hands on the local currency. That way would be obtaining foreign currency from a bank ATM. The ATM and banks offer the going rate of exchange without the fees, and even with the service charge it is usually less expensive than going to the currency exchange.
After reading the above article, traveling entails many things other than flying in a plane to some destination. Planning is the biggest part of your whole traveling experience. This article should steer you in the right direction.

Travel Techniques That Will Change Your Next Trip For The Better

Posted at 13:32 on 30/4/2013

Traveling is more than simply getting on a train or a bus and arriving in a new place. Travel has the potential to be an exciting and joyous adventure. There are a ton of travel options and a wide variety of adventures to take. Are you ready to get away from it all and see the world? Here is some helpful advice to make sure you are ready for your big trip.
Leave most of your items of value at home. You are taking the risks of having everything stolen from you if you do bring valuables with you.
Avoid food allergies when going abroad by not going to places that cannot translate. If your food allergy is particularly bad, make sure to express this in their language. You need to be able to communicate well enough to order food that is safe for your consumption.
If your travel takes you to amusement parks or any other place that requires tickets, purchase them online. Many times you can print them at home and save some money, too. You might have to pay a little extra for the convenience, but you won't have to bother with long lines when you get to the attraction. If it is somewhere like a park with lengthy lines for admittance, you can generally bypass these, too.
Work off your flying anxiety with a jog before you head to the airport. It's boring having to sit through a long flight. Sitting in one position for a long period of time can cramp up your legs and back. Stretching or doing a quick workout prior to flying can eliminate or lower your risk of getting soreness or leg cramps.
When you're traveling, know where your most important belongings are at all times. Don't let your purse dangle off your shoulder. Do not use bags with zippers that provide easy access to people near you that could easily take your stuff. Carefully evaluate your bags for security risks when choosing one for traveling.
Always go out of your way to tip any bell station and housekeeper appropriately. The bell boy should get a bare minimum of $1/bag, and housekeeping should get at least a couple dollars a day. You can almost guarantee that you will have a pleasurable stay by doing so.
You can find great vistas and unique vegetation in the desert. There is something especially memorable about deserts for the first-time visitor, and no one should go their entire lives without experiencing the austere majesty of the desert.
Be aware of your passport's expiration date. Many countries have rules concerning passports. Many will not let you enter their country if your passport expires in a certain window of time. Many countries require that your passport is valid for more than six months after entering their country.
It is obvious that traveling is more than just jumping on a airplane and going. Being mindful of this throughout all stages of your trip will help you to maximize your enjoyment. The tips that you have read should help you out with this.

Ohio Personal Injury Lawyer, David M. Chester, Releases A Four Part Article Series On the Phases of Litigation

Posted at 13:04 on 15/4/2013
David M. Chester

David M. Chester

While no one really enjoys going to trial, it is sometimes a necessary vehicle to obtain fair compensation when dealing with a difficult insurance company.

Occasionally personal injury claims cannot be resolved without resorting to litigation. The litigation process is complex and very time consuming but may be necessary to obtain a fair settlement for an injured victim. This is why Attorney Chester released a series of articles so that Ohioans may have a better understanding of the complicated process of litigation.

In these articles Attorney David Chester breaks down the litigation process into four phases, briefly explaining them and letting Ohioans know what can be expected while going through litigation. David explains that these four critical phases are:

Filing the Complaint, the legal document that makes allegations against the defendants and a request for payment for damages.

Discovery, the exchange of information between the parties in a lawsuit.

The Pre-trial phase in which the court will begin to get involved.

The Trial phase which is the last and final step in litigation.

These informative articles are published on the Chester Law Group website where Attorney Chester goes into detail about each litigation phase.

In a recent interview David Chester was quoted as saying ?While no one really enjoys going to trial, it is sometimes a necessary vehicle to obtain fair compensation when dealing with a difficult insurance company.?

Attorney David Chester has been an Ohio personal injury lawyer most of his legal career and has built Chester Law Group from a single office to a law firm which has 16 offices across the state of Ohio.
