Our body learns and cures at best when it can move. Mental representations of these movements can help a lot in PREPARING of this learning and curing. At the end, the concrete action will

Wandelen als lichte vorm van actie en met relatief geringe fysieke impact, kan het lichaam helpen zijn of haar systeem weer op orde te brengen. Dat wil zeggen nieuwe connecties te leggen in zenuwbanen, spiercontraties en orgaanhuishouding.
Abulantis Valores (L) in dit opzicht zeggen dat naast de fysieke inspanning ook wordt gesproken tijdens de wandeling over de waarden die een mens, de mens in zich heeft. Dit zijn op de eerste plaats dehristelijke waarden van de Liefde in navolging van Jezus. Het wandelen wordt waardevol wanner we vanuit leren of genezing van de geestelijk of fysiek tekort 'doorstappen' naar zingeving en doelgerichtheid van onze acties. Waarom zouden we leren? Waartoe wil ik genezen of beter worden? Hoe combineer ik een gezond geloof in Christus met een rol in de economische realiteit?

Connect to Jesus
Remember this: Although you may have never met Him, known Him or talked to Him: You are Gods child. He loves you and gave His Son to prove it. Your blood is His blood and it is enough. Look in his direction. And if you do not know much about Him, pray again and thank Him for the mess you're living in right now. Find a church, a priest or a bible and start reading. Not to find yourself or the love of others but Him. He is the only way. Medicine and therapists may help you. The real change in your life is in obeying His direction. May be He wants you to become a wife and mother or a helper to other people.
You may not see it now. Get out of the holes that you are falling into now. Find another way, another road to travel. Burn these ships that have been bothering you. The future is ahead, yesterday a story to be forgotten.
Do you forgive yourself like God did already? There's hapiness outside, just grab it with the help of Jesus.
Just Checking In
A priest passing through his church in the middle of the day,
Decided to pause by the altar and see who had come to pray.
Just then the back door opened, a man came down the aisle,
The priest frowned as he saw the man hadn't shaved in a while.
His shirt was kind of shabby and his coat was worn and frayed, the man knelt, he bowed his head, then rose and walked away. In the days that followed, each noon time came this chap, each time he knelt just for a moment, A lunch pail in his lap
Well, the priest's suspicions grew, with robbery a main fear,
He decided to stop the man and ask him, "What are you doing here?"
The old man said, he worked down the road.Lunch was half an hour.
Lunchtime was his prayer time, For finding strength and power
"I stay only moments, see, because the factory is so far away;
as I kneel here talking to the Lord, This is kind a what I say:
"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU, LORD,
HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.
DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY,
BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.
SO, JESUS, THIS IS JIM CHECKING IN TODAY."
The priest feeling foolish, told Jim, that was fine.
He told the man he was welcome to come and pray just anytime.
Time to go, Jim smiled, said "Thanks." He hurried to the door.
The priest knelt at the altar, he'd never done it before.
His cold heart melted, warmed with love, and met with Jesus there.
As the tears flowed, in his heart, he repeated old Jim's prayer:
"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU, LORD,
HOW HAPPY I'VE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND EACH OTHER'S FRIENDSHIP
AND YOU TOOK AWAY MY SIN.
I DON'T KNOW MUCH OF HOW TO PRAY, BUT I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY.
SO, JESUS, THIS IS ME CHECKING IN TODAY"
Past noon one day, the priest noticed that old Jim hadn't come.
As more days passed without Jim, he began to worry some.
At the factory, he asked about him, learning he was ill.
The hospital staff was worried, But he'd given them a thrill.
The week that Jim was with them, brought changes in the ward.
His smiles, a joy contagious. Changed people, were his reward.
The head nurse couldn't understand why Jim was so glad, when no flowers, calls or cards came, not a visitor he had.
The priest stayed by his bed, He voiced the nurse's concern:
No friends came to show they cared. He had nowhere to turn.
Looking surprised, old Jim spoke up and with a winsome smile;
"the nurse is wrong, she couldn't know, that in here all the while everyday at noon He's here, a dear friend of mine, you see, He sits right down, takes my hand, Leans over and says to me:
"I JUST CAME AGAIN TO TELL YOU, JIM,
HOW HAPPY I HAVE BEEN,
SINCE WE FOUND THIS FRIENDSHIP,
AND I TOOK AWAY YOUR SIN.
ALWAYS LOVE TO HEAR YOU PRAY,
I THINK ABOUT YOU EACH DAY,
AND SO JIM, THIS IS JESUS CHECKING IN TODAY."

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart.
May God hold you in the palm of His hand and Angels watch over you. For those of us who are already His, He not only holds us in the palm of His hand, but has engraved our names there, and we are continually in His sight (Isaiah 49:16)
Beyond the mystery of Christ: Obedience to His will
For most people, religion, like the the faith in Jesus Christ has a lot of mystique around itself. Some of them are actualy seeking this mysticism. In a way it becomes a religion on itself.
Well, looking for the mystery is the way to get lost in your search for truth and hapiness. Jesus said: I'm the path to eternal life. There's nothing mystical about that! He was the earthly person from the trinity of God that came down from heaven to show us the road to salvation. Quite concrete by accepting and obeying Him and living His example.
Are the miracles that Jesus produced mysteries? At first glance they do, because they can probably not be explaned by ratio and can therefor not be captured by the human mind. When we look beyond the healings that Jesus did, there's noting mysical about them: they just had to be. They were part of plan. A plan that people did not obey to in the first place and got them into trouble. Jesus just got them them out and back on track. Is that a mystery?
Certainly not. It's crystal clear. The answer was there all the time. Our behavior predictable, still we chose for another way, The mould of god that we are, is waiting to be unfolded. Our human mind resists God's message that is within us. It is no miracles that we run into trouble when we do not obey His word. Again, that is not mystic.
What is it than? How can we make that leap? Jump into the peace of God. The answer is simple as water: It's faith. Pure simple faith that carries along both thankfullness, obedience and peace of mind with itself.
Deeper faith
Does God exist?
A lot of people ponder about this question. Well for me...
The good news is: God is solid as a rock!!!
He does not only exist. He is in my life permanently. He loves me. I'm thankfull to Him. I honor him.

To believe in God is to thank Him - My 'Thank You Book'
To believe in god, is to thank Him. It is as simple as that! When did you thank God? Did you renwe your thanfullness? Is your prayer overflowing with thanks for Him, your life and blessings?
