In the weekend, I ate sea food in the barbecue.
This dish was done when I was in Frejus, France. We have rent a great house with a backyard, a friend decided to make seafood barbecue. We bought some fresh dorade, seabass, red lobster and shrimps.
The fishes were already cleaned up, we prepared them with lemon, salt and peper, olive oil and garlic. They were wrapped in aluminium foil and set in the barbecue for about 20 minutes.
The lobster were set in the berbecue, when it became red, was ready to eat.
The shrimps were first marinated for about 30 minutes in garlic and olive oil. After, they were set in the bbq, when red and a bit crunch, they were ready to eat.
Fresh, simpel and delicious.
