I imagined that it was a rather uncomplicated ask for: just one new, unopened and recently purchas Hermes Bell Package 32CM : Hermes Bags ed Hermes fragrance for a different of equivalent or lesser benefit. The clerk, on the other hand, didn't see it that way. Instead, she proceeded to dealt with me like some variety of rip-off artist. As for the fragrance - which was truly better suited as a restroom air freshener - I still left that on best of the rubbish can on the corner of Grant and Geary. Hope the poor soul that picked it up had the widespread perception to scent it just before hoping it on. Good quality is perfect, range is excellent, but as you arrive in a retailer it is would seem that you teleported to France with it elegance & snobbism. )) Pluses: high quality & uniqness Minuses: returns for exchange only, to purchase your coloration or measurement can just take up to 6 month. I am searching for a specific bag and I termed to inquire if they had it and if not, no matter if it was one thing that could be ordered. If so, I would have been additional than joyful to go to the shop to spot the purchase in human being. I was informed in a extremely snooty manner that they cannot go over their luggage more than the mobile phone!!!! I would have preferred to be informed in a wonderful, polite, explanatory method, e.g. "I know it appears to be uncommon and so on etc...but please do stop by and we would be joyful to assist you" When I pressed for a motive, she explained, "it's firm policy and it's quite not comfortable for all of us". Oh also "we are owned by the French, and it really is our company policy" What...? All over again... What..???? It is in the tone people today, the tone! Begin practising your consumer service! Sure, I am indignant.
