Hopefully everybody that gets to this page is someone that wants to take the time to not only read what I've written but also supply me with some comments. As I am unexperienced as a writer I wouldn't mind to read what people thing of my writing.

Besides opinions and suggestions on the storyline I wouldn't mind if the ones that are actually more capable of using the English language as I am want to correct my grammar and spelling. Althought I always believe my English is pretty good it aint my native language and grammar and spelling always been one of my weakest assets.

That said, mostly I wish you to enjoy.

Chapter 1

It looked if the water started glowing from out of the bottom of the lake while the sun slowly descended into the water at the far ended shore. A pale red light was shining up from out of the water suplying  the answer to the name of the lake. It has been one of my favourite places most likely since before I was born. I've heared stories about my mother and father coming here alot when my mom was pregnant. They used to sit here at the edge of the water underneath the willow enjoying her shade on a hot summer day. On one of the lower branches you could still see the slightly faded initials carved in and circled by a hearth. Underneath the hearth was a clearer carving, "Our love immortalized. D.K. 04-09-1977".  I've been told that after I was born we also had spend a week here at the lakeside for our first family vacation. Sadly I was to young to be able to remember most of these stories. Hunderds of stories about this place have been told, most of them are now forgotten. However everybody still remembers that one story, the one story everyone wants to forget is the one that has scared me for life.

As I gazed over the water my mind was drifting of, remembering the pleasant times I've had at this place. The watery breeze coming up from the lake was cooling my bare skin as I was laying back resting on my elbows. I didn't mis a lot of the lake sunsets the last ten years or so. I wanted everyday to end in this perfect setting. Although this place always gave me the agony of the burning memory it calmed me aswell. Probably I needed the pain to remember myself that I indeed was still part of this world. I was still part of the living experience we all have to suffer an entire life time. Some of us got lucky and were able to get out sooner than most. When the darkness finally defeated the sun I felt the first signs of the summer coming to an end. A cold shiver ran down my spine when a dust of  wind was blow across my naked chest. My days here always started the same, at arrival the first thing I had to do was dive into the water. Not taking time undoing myself of my clothes. My shirt, shoes and pants were drying on the carved branch of the willow strechting acros the shoreline. Because my shoes were still soaking I decided to stay barefeeded for the evening. After putting on my shirt and pants I rested my back against the tree trunk.
