I hit both of my running goals 30:00 5k and 60:00 10k races. Being able to even run 5k before training was something that Id never even imagine being able to do. Over 9 months of personal training and running I was able to hit my eventual goal of 100 pounds weight loss, hitting my goal weight of 225 pounds. I was able to surpass my original wildest dream of being below 250 pounds, a weight I had not been since junior high school. I surpassed multitudes of weight plateaus, consistently impressing both myself and my trainer in my ability to keep losing weight. Ian tracked my weight, measurements, body fat %, and blood pressure. Overall I lost over 52 inches, 23% body fat, 100+ pounds, and I am able to fit into a size 34 pair of jeans previously I had worn size 44-46. I recently completed my annual check-up with my family doctor and she was floored.
