Mr. Thuyen Tran has very solid extended work and life experiences in different business & industrial fields, areas, branches, principle and cultures that varied from process industry, high-tech manufacturing, IT business and consultancy for almost 20 years in some countries around the world.
His background plays accent on the people management, business & process management, operation & project management, and information & communication technology. Previously he held many different technical, consultant and management positions at different companies with small, medium and large size and later on at the World Fortune Companies like Lucent Technologies (former AT&T), KPMG and Hewlett-Packard (HP) in the last 10 years.
Currently, he manages, leads and directs the company and its strategy.
Mr. Thuyen Tran has graduated and gained Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Technology Hanoi - Vietnam, and Information Technology from University Rotterdam The Netherlands. Last recent he held the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Hague University - The Netherlands.

For over 15 years of commercial experience, he has worked in field of marketing, trading, consulting, and research. He joined Timath early in 2006 with long experience in developing marketing plans, business analysis, and advice at different companies like Torakawa Ventures Transport & Logistics, Sofietel Hotel Den Haag, BMWT Management Consultancy, Voorburg Makelaar, Zagros Voedingsmiddelen, Conection Uitzendbureau, Red Ruby Jewelry, Sensation Europe Co. Ltd and Inknet.
Presently, he is responsible of the development and implementation of marketing strategies for international companies that enter European markets. Also, he manages the customer relations department where companies interested in participate in trade fair and exhibitions within Western Europe.
Mr. Fattah Sultan has gained the Bachelor degree in Economics from the Baghdad University, Iraq. Also he had studied in The Netherlands and got another Bachelor degree in Marketing Management and the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Hague University - The Netherlands.

Below, we introduce FKS Holland International Trading Company and Sensation Europe Limited as one of the clients that could achieve overall objectives and realize its target this year 2006.
FKS Holland is a trading company based in The Netherlands. It is expertise in the process of importing Chinese products and able to offer the best products and services on the market today.
Timath has made effort to solve all problems that impact on FKS Holland negatively. Timath evaluates the companys outputs of the core business and measures the business activity performance including productivity, quality, cost and delivery. Each measurement presented is documented and reported by Timath office. The purpose is to assess the improvement trend and level in productivity and to identify whether customers are getting what they need in the time and quantity necessary. By that, the company is advised to modify its strategy so that can meet its business requirements. Consequently, FKS Holland could increase its performance. In 2006, the sales volume raises to 60% higher than the last year although the economy climate is not slowdown in The Netherlands. We are proud of being helpful for this company.
Sensation Europe Limited based in London, UK has a regional office in The Hague, The Netherlands, which continues keeping on selling vacation top-of-mind with potential visitors across the country. This company had never done direct consumer outreach and wanted to establish a way to communicate with consumers, but not burden them with information that they would find of no value.
The consumer-marketing department, working with Timath expert that decided that the best form of outreach was to publish a monthly electronic newsletter-- but not just any e-Newsletter.
Due to the fact that this was a first time effort in consumer outreach, Sensation remained cautious and conservative in its expectations. While they had confidence in its engaging content and evocative design, it was unknown how consumers would react to a previously non-existent communication channel from Sensation. In addition, Sensation expected to lose upwards of 30 percent of its subscriber list due to "bad" email addresses or lack of interest.
As a result, consumers are being bombarded by marketing messages from many different channels. Sensation and Timath worked together to execute on their shared belief that the best way to cultivate a sustainable long-term relationship with a consumer is to provide them with information based on their interests. Segmenting and disseminating information based solely on an individual's preferences makes the newsletter highly relevant and enables Sensation to meaningfully engage these "hand raisers" to sell them their Sensation dream.
